I truly enjoyed the stay. My 1 night in Newport were VERY NICE. The setting was marvellous and absolutely perfect, just next door to Newport town centre and the Grange University Hospital, and train station and convenience stores. I got a clean and exceptional room and the staff were excellent.

I recently stayed at Box Guesthouse for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the town center. The property felt safe with CCTV surveillance, even though I didn't interact with any staff. The room was clean and comfortable, providing all the necessary amenities. The old interior and entrance added a unique charm, and the small touches like books to read were lovely. a quaint and enjoyable stay.

I had a great experience at Box Guesthouse. The self check-in and self check-out process was convenient, and the location was very convenient for exploring the town. Despite some mixed reviews, I found my room to be cozy and the neighbors were quiet.

One of the drawbacks was that there was no kettle in the room, which would've been useful. Additionally, the shower had some mold and the heater didn't work well.
